Does the HOA carry insurance?

Yes, the Association does carry liability insurance that covers only the Association. Each individual owner is still required to carry their own personal accident and liability insurance. Personal propery is not covered under the Association policy.

Who is responsible for maintaining the landscaping?

The Board of Directors contracts with a licensed and bonded landscape company to maintain all common areas within the community. Occasionally, the Board of Directors may seek bids from landscape companies to verify that the current contract is within the fair market value or to hire a new landscape company. If you have concerns or questions regarding the lanscaping or the landscape company, you are encouraged to contact the Community Manager.

Who is responsible for maintaining the pool?

The Board of Directors is responsible for maintaining the pools and pool equipment. Any equipment that is broken should be reported immediately so the Board can resolve the problem. The Board of Directors cannot stock replacement parts for the equipment. Parts must be ordered as needed. This may create the perception that the problem is not being resolved but please be advised that the Board of Directors attempts to resolve all problems as quickly as possible.

What are the pool hours?

The pool is avialable between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.

How do I reserve the clubhouse?

Reservation for the clubhouse must be made through the community Manager
